Details

Amsterdam Schiphol is the international and by far the largest airport of the Netherlands. In fact it is one of the biggest airports in Europe and serves as a hub for the national carrier KLM and its partners from Skyteam. Other based airlines are Martinair, Arkefly and Transavia.

 

Details:

Schiphol airport is situated to the south-west of Amsterdam in the area of Haarlemmermeer. The unique feature of this airport is that its elevation is approx. 3 meters below sea level which makes it the lowest European airport.

This airport scenery has been modelled to the smallest of details including all buildings and airport institutions. Its docking systems and all features of this airport are shown in an up to date virtual replica Microsoft Flight Simulator. Countless static and dynamic objects enhance the flair of a busy mega airport.

Schiphol-Amst. is a well done project from Aerosoft. It is not the cheapest, but worth the money. If you can use an airport in the Netherlands, than take this one! And the ground-vehicles are superb, as always from AS. Gr. from The Flying Dutchman. Richard. Netherlands.

Aerosoft Amsterdam scenery is another great add-on I really enjoy with no issues. Love the airport lighting especially at night and even during the day it looks so realistic. This is a very busy airport with many ai traffic moving around I would suggest to turn the traffic slider down when entering Amsterdam airspace. Other than that I have no complaints and would reccommend this scenery.
