As this is our first airport we created for a flight simulator, we will update this product for FREE in the upcoming weeks! The logistic and military area are planned as a free update in the next upcoming weeks and months. The video-trailer shows real ingame footage of the product without any manipulation. The quality results on your computer can of course vary depending on the performance of the components.

First "blue danube airport linz" for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020

Linz Airport (German: Flughafen Linz, IATA: LNZ, ICAO: LOWL) or "blue danube airport linz" is a minor international airport in Austria located in Hörsching, near the capital city of Upper Austria, Linz.

All central buildings, runways, taxiways, taxiway-signs, aircraft-parking and streets were created in detail by hand. The textures are from cc0textures.com and were edited by hand for better usage. You can also use the AI pilot of the simulator to get your plane from the parking position up into the sky.

This airport scenery for the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 is a huge improvement compared to the basic LOWL airport included in the default simulator and it is a MUST HAVE for every fan of aviation and simulation.

Nice work but definitely not completed. All the southern part of the aerodrome has never been designed (even if promised), nor updates where issues in the last 9 months at all. Even their support is disappointing, I tried to ask about the promised developments via email, never received an answer.

First I was amazed of the qauality of this addon. They said that the missing part of LOWL will follow in "the coming months". That was in January 2021. Now it is August and there was zero progress. No updates. Nothing. I found a free version of LOWL which features all missing parts (yes for free). While the textrures are slightly less detailed - the free version is recieving updates monthly. This is very sad - since the quality so far is good - but I would not recommend buying it since the product is incomplete. Very sad to see this vasted...

Leider geht hier nichts weiter was den Fliegerhorst Vogler anbelangt. Militärische Seite fehlt nach wie vor. Hab bedenken das da gar nichts mehr passiert.

Leider bin auch ein bisschen enttäuscht, da ich besseres für deutlich weniger Geld gewohnt bin. Fliegerhorst Vogler fehlt komplett, DHL Gebäude etc. fehlen leider auch, aber ich hoffe stark das die Entwickler das noch nachholen, dann wäre es auf jeden Fall eine Kaufempfehlung wert.

Super ! Jetzt kann man LOWL nur empfehlen. Fehlt noch der Fliegerhorst Vogler. Der kommt aber bestimmt auch noch. Tolle Arbeit !!

Ich habe diesen Flughafen für den MSFS seit der ersten Stunde und habe mich bis dato mit meiner Rezession zurückgehalten. Gratulation an die Entwickler! Mit Update Nr 5 habt ihr euer Versprechen erfüllt. Klare Empfehlung zum Kauf! P.S.: Bin schon auf die kommenden Updates gespannt.

Ich muss sagen, die Entwickler haben mit Version 5 den Flughafen Linz extrem verbessert. Die Texturen sind jetzt noch realistischer und die Details wurden hervorgehoben. Mir gefällt auch, dass der Tower nun innen ausgebaut wurde. Fazit: Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
