Fire Lines: Draw a line of fire across the map and watch it behave like a real fire front. It drifts downwind, bows outward as its center outruns its flanks, throws embers that start spot fires ahead of it, and leaves scorched ground behind. Burn marks persist from 5 minutes to 4 hours. Fully multiplayer synchronized.

Retardant as a Tool: Red retardant paints the ground where it lands and acts as a genuine firebreak. A drifting fire line stops when it reaches a stain, so laying line ahead of the fire is a real tactic. Set persistence in minutes or leave it unlimited. Multiplayer compatible.

Total Fire Control: FS Fire pulls real active fire data from three VIIRS satellites at 375m resolution, refreshed every 30 minutes by a cloud backend. Fire radiative power is mapped to fire size, so a major California blaze spawns differently than a small brush fire. Spawn custom fires anywhere by map-click or coordinates, with fixed or randomized sizes, and enable wind-driven spread.

Reported Fire Incident Feed: A map layer of real wildfires reported by the agencies fighting them - NIFC/WFIGS for the US, CWFIF/Natural Resources Canada, and satellite-detected activity across Europe. Click a marker for name, size, containment and cause, then fly out and work it.

Physics-Based Drop System: Drop calculations factor altitude AGL, ground speed and heading to place water or retardant where physics says it should land. Elliptical splash zones grow with altitude and airspeed. Choose unlimited drops or set how many a full tank gives. Arm a GPS drop by clicking the map - the trigger zone is drawn to scale.
